Joint Prep
We grind out the joints to clean them and improve their profile, then fill them with a polyurea joint filling compound.
Grind and Patch
30- and 70-grit metal diamonds cut the surface, and we patch divots, cracks and pitting.
Hone and Harden
50-, 100- and 200-grit hybrid diamonds smooth the floor, then a densifier hardens the concrete.
Polish, Guard and Burnish
Finer hybrid diamonds (400, 600 and 800 grit on our Morton job) bring up the shine, a guard goes on to resist stains, and a high-speed burnisher finishes the floor.
