Addressing the owner's concern for improved drainage, we performed targeted grinding to establish proper slope across the shop floor. This prepared the uneven concrete for a new polyaspartic coating, transforming the 539 sq ft space into a highly functional and easily maintained surface that effectively manages water runoff.
